Tellico River Baby Falls in Canoes on a Cold Day – Raw Video 1995

January 21, 1996 – There’s always some carnage on the Tellico.  On this day, I filmed at Baby Falls.  Alan Raines ran the falls backwards, on purpose in his open canoe.  He had to wait while a pinned kayaker was removed.  Then another kayaker got caught in the backwash of the Falls and swam.  And Don lost a paddle during a swim and had to wade into the freezing water in shorts.
